夜店尋獵物　賊嘿咻完順便偷

護理師小麗（化名）在夜店結識陳姓男子，當晚與對方一夜情，不料陳男卻趁機偷走她3萬元現金。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，檢方調查，陳男被控兩人發生性行為後，他趁機偷走她的3萬元現金。隔天小麗要求還錢，陳騙說「我妹妹住院急需3萬元」，後來又改稱「3萬元我都賭輸了」。陳男辯稱是向小麗借錢，小麗答「嗯」，檢方不採信，依竊盜罪起訴。還查出陳男98年間曾以同樣手法，偷走被害人至少8萬元。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
