驚！腸病毒71型重症爆首例　2歲男童染病

衛福部疾病管制署今公布今年首例腸病毒71型重症案例，患者為中部的2歲5個月大男童，5月中旬因發燒、手口足病等症狀到診所就診，隔晚即出現抽搐、嘔吐、心跳過速等疑似重症病徵，所幸即時轉至大醫院就醫治療，目前狀況穩定，經疾管署研判為腸病毒71型重症個案。
 
疾管署指，男童發病前，其家屬及就讀的幼兒園師生並無腸病毒症狀，不排除由無症狀感染者所傳染。現已進入腸病毒流行高峰期，鄰近的中國、香港、新加坡及越南等腸病毒疫情也持續攀升，且多以腸病毒71型為主要流行株。

國內目前以克沙奇A型病毒為主，腸病毒71型的活躍度雖不若2年前，但病毒仍有加溫可能，不可掉以輕心，疾管署提醒，腸病毒已進入流行高峰期，大人、小孩都要落實勤洗手、防染病。（張博亭／台北報導）
