地下道溺斃案搶救畫面曝光

台中市大甲區民生地下道溺斃案案，最新的搶救影帶曝光，拖吊車將車輛吊離開水面後，消防員急著要把陳婦搶救出來，但她穿高根鞋的腳被安全帶卡住，消防員立刻再打開右前門，解開安全帶，將陳姓婦人送醫，最後還是回天乏術，前後約一分鐘。（地方中心／綜合報導）
