國籍法修法 擁外國居留權不得任政務官

立法院內政委員會今天通過國籍法第20條修法，除現有的有外國國籍者不得擔任公職外，另新增取得外國或港澳地區永久居留權者 ，不得擔任政務人員。

對於同條後段規定，已擁有外國永久居留權者，應於修正施行之日起一年內辦理放棄外國永久居留權，並取得該國政府核發證明文件等文字，雖然朝野立委同意比照國籍法第九條，再加上「能提出因非可歸責當事人事由，致無法取得該證明並經外交機關查證屬實者，不在此限」之類的文字，朝這個方向研議。但如何由外管查證，朝野立委及內政部均有不同意見，最後法律文字，將交朝野協商再議。
