核一廠居民今提告　核廢料訴訟首例

位於新北市的核一廠，用過的核子燃料乾式貯存本周密集進行冷測試，附近居民今天將向台北高等行政法院訴請撤銷原能會同意核一乾式貯存熱測試的處分。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，蠻野心足生態協會律師蔡雅瀅指，核一乾貯的包商核研所，曾經發生7次氫爆，其中一次引發火災。而北海岸潮濕、高溫、高鹽的海島型氣候與大屯火山地形的特殊環境，加上北台灣人口密集，都使得乾貯本身與後續取出放入最終置的安全令人憂心。今天核一廠周遭居民，為了自身及北部民眾的健康安全，將向台北高等行政法院訴請撤銷原能會同意熱測試的處分，開啟我國核廢料訴訟先例。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
