台南高房價 卻沒有中北部的薪資收入水準

這兩年來，台南房市真的漲太多了，而一般百姓的薪資卻沒有多大的調漲。房價/薪資=痛苦指數 不斷
上昇 造成痛苦指數不斷上昇的原因有以下幾點 1.營造廠商隨意提高工資和物資
2.地主哄抬土地單價
3.建商勢利的提高房價
4.投資客
小弟我也很想買房，到看到這種不合理的價格，實在出不了手，買不下去。在此分享一些心得，和大家交
換想法，建議大家若不是很急著要買房的話，就一起等一等，等到大樓都蓋好了，再一起進場和那些有空
房的建商砍價，不需要在現在就進場，只會得利了投資客和建商。

其實全台灣都漲很多，不只是台南市。
我也不知道台南市漲多少，我只知道向我住在新北市新莊這種台北市第二圈的外圍區域，房價也是漲了兩倍上來，我當初看房的時候新大樓一坪十四萬，才不過十年過去，沒有個四、五十萬似乎買不太到。

其實，不買就好了，哈哈！
