在警方以鎮暴水車強勢驅離後，目前佔領行政院的學生已經呼籲「撤回立法院」，但行政院前在清晨5點26分又有另一波警民衝突，有大批群眾在行政院大門前企圖闖入行政院，和警方發生推擠衝突。

在歷經5波攻堅驅離行動未果後，警方在24日凌晨4點26分開始對企圖再次佔領行政院的學生、群眾展開「強力水柱」噴擊行動。

警方鎮暴警力在0點8分開始展開攻堅驅離行動，期間雖然一再發生流血衝突，導致數十名學生受傷送醫，但抗爭學生及群眾鬥志依舊高昂不肯離去，並在凌晨3點鐘左右，企圖再度強攻佔領行政院。

而目前現場仍有大批不願棄守的學生、群眾，雖然已經受傷但仍舊不願就醫，持續在現場靜坐抗議。
