本報訊

行政院顧問、法規會主委陳德新榮任行政院科技部次長，金門縣長李沃士等金門縣各界祝賀這位金門籍俊彥。

台北市金門同鄉會榮譽理事長楊水應與前後任理事長王水衷、李台山昨天晚上在台北市設宴慶賀陳德新，李沃士、金門籍立委楊應雄等人參加。李沃士期許陳德新繼前福建省政府主席薛承泰之後，發揮中央、地方一條心的效果，繼續為金門爭取建設機會。

國策顧問李錫奇贈送一幅版畫給陳德新祝賀。

陳德新表示，他在行政院三進三出，前後任職30年，感謝鄉親長輩的厚愛，他會好好做，不負鄉親期望。

陳德新是中國文化大學中山學術研究所法學博士，自基層公務人員做起，本月初升任科技部次長。(中央社)
