標題[請問] 記者的權利以及該被保護的範圍

各位版友午安 近日抗議場合較多，現場也有許多記者在第一線採訪， 但昨天發生一個事件為，鎮暴警察在驅離時攻擊到記者， 記者協會也在第一時間出面譴責這種行為， 而小弟突然想到，國外有許多例子 如戰地記者受到許多的保護，且似乎國際有規定亦或是默契 並不會攻擊戰地採訪的記者？ 小弟想問的是： 1)記者在何種衝突下，不能被軍方及警方攻擊 2)是否有明文規定之 這部分的資訊該如何尋找 小弟有試著google：記者/權利 但結果卻被其他的資訊所掩沒。 另外：這裡僅討論正常的媒體業，不包含無限上綱的記者亂象。 謝謝版友閱讀文章及給予回覆 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.114.47.167
