標題[討論] 跟人資除了談錢?

本魯蛇小弟最近在面試大地玩耍遇到的奇妙經驗 人資一進來就跟本魯說今天"面試中不會談任何薪資結構" 之後有複試也不會談"錄取後才會告訴你" 當下本魯就...也不知道要回什麼...想說新鮮人是沒什麼談薪水的本錢依公司規定也行 假如錄取後薪水給太低不去不就好 之後他就霹靂啪啦的問了我一堆問題像在審問犯人一樣口氣還蠻不好的 當下有點沈不住氣不過忍住了就是 之後約略問了他一些公司福利制度不過他也回制式答案就是 結果什麼消息都沒問到 搞得一整個心情down -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.218.167
