（中央社莫斯科23日綜合外電報導）克里姆林宮表示，俄羅斯總統蒲亭和德國總理梅克爾今天通電話，兩人同聲表示支持派遣歐洲安全暨合作組織（OSCE）觀察員進駐烏克蘭的任務。

克里姆林宮聲明說，蒲亭和梅克爾討論了克里米亞半島加入俄羅斯後的烏克蘭局勢，並對兩人就歐安合作組織人員前往烏克蘭進行觀察任務一事「達成共識，表達滿意」。

俄羅斯日前曾預祝歐安合作組織在烏克蘭的觀察監督任務成功，但也表明，歐安合作組織人員在烏克蘭的監督任務應不包含克里米亞半島在內。(中央社)
