木柵公園附近-上城里
寶咖咖集團真的攻進文山區來了
第一砲是今年推案量不少的協和建設
為47-60坪雙併 以寶咖咖標準來說算是坪數比較大的
四周都是純住宅區 住宅不少
離木柵公園不遠 適合自住
但公車數量不多 且離高快速公路和捷運都有一段距離
因此搭乘大眾運輸者容易擠爆 開車也會塞車
買此案的 似乎有車沒車都會很困難
而離本案最近的學校是明道國小 離其他學校都比較遠
或許此案比較適合準備退休的換屋族吧
