洪案 前269旅長等被告妨害自由等罪嫌

陸軍下士洪仲丘案件，桃園地方法院在3月7日對前542 旅前旅長沈威志等人判決，不過，地院審理該案期間，認為269旅前旅長楊方漢等10人，涉嫌職權妨害自由等罪嫌加以告發，全案已經函送地檢署偵辦。

桃園地檢署表示，全案已交由檢察官偵查。
