餐廳名稱：無名香菇赤肉粥 消費時間：2014年/03月 地址：臺北市大同區酒泉街&大龍街口 營業時間：6:00~13:00 每人平均價位：65元左右 可否刷卡：否 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：香菇赤肉粥&炸豆腐 圖文版：http://pelagcy221.pixnet.net/blog/post/358902635 其實會來這家店 是因為他們家斜對面的阿川油飯沒開 在失望轉頭之餘 看到這家位於騎樓的攤販正有很多客人在用餐 索性我也坐下來試試 我點了一碗香菇赤肉粥 一份炸豆腐以及炸蚵酥 老闆動作很快 一下子我點的菜就上桌了 香菇赤肉粥裡有一至兩塊赤肉羹 不只是魚漿 更有紮實的瘦肉 粥雖然保有米粒的形狀 但已經熬得軟爛 湯頭清淡卻不失應有的味道 蚵仔酥外皮酥脆 蚵仔本身雖小但新鮮 炸豆腐看似不起眼 但是外皮酥脆 裡面的豆腐鮮嫩無比 超好吃 造訪日期~2014/03/20 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.250.14.168
