因不滿服貿黑箱作業而闖入立法院的年輕學子，今(21)日中午12點給總統馬英九的最後通牒時間已到，對於馬王吳江院際調解會議沒開成，也尚未等到馬總統的回應，霸院學生強調，他們的行動單純是針對反對服貿黑箱作業而來，「我們不願意捲入馬王糾紛」。

針對學生進入立法院議場抗爭爭議，立法院長王金平上午與馬英九總統通話，王院長認為，這次是朝野黨團對於議案審查的爭議而起，因此立院正尋求各黨團獲得解決問題的共識。總統同意王院長的看法，雙方已決定將今天上午的會商，延後辦理。

不過，人在立法院的學子們，其實從上午11點就開始分組，各組針對服貿內容主題進行討論。而在場外，施明德妻子陳嘉君等人稍早在立法院外牆噴漆，原本要寫下「當獨裁成為事實，革命就是義務」的字樣，但遭現場民眾抗議後離去。

而對於高層協商沒開成，霸院的學生目前也緊急會商，不排除做出延長戰線的決議。
