成大廣場命名 校方決議取消

紛擾多日的成功大學廣場命名事件，今天經成大校務會議表決，以70票贊成、21票反對，通過取消新廣場命名活動，成大社聯會因為命名最高票的「南榕廣場」引起眾多爭議，經校務會議決定取消新廣場命名。

成大委託社聯會去年11月，推出勝利校區及成功校區間的新廣場命名活動，最後由「南榕廣場」名稱脫穎而出，但校方認為廣場命名必須送校務會議後才能拍板定案，引起學生不滿，不只網友在網路貼文發表意見，學生社團也在臉書發起一人一扣應打電話給校長，還有打卡關注，要求校方給個交代。

成大校務會議上午討論議案，開放自由進場，有教授質疑命名活動有政治介入，最後因在場校務代表投票，70 票贊成，21 票反對，新廣場命名活動取消。
