食管法卡關　消基會後天公布立委立場

【戴安瑋／台北報導】《食品衛生管理法》修正案在立法院漂流54天，竟未能闖關成功、未能3讀通過，消基會表示，將發函請各黨派立委表態是否支持《食品衛生管理法》修正案、是否應立即通過修正案，於17日公布調查結果，讓全體消費者知悉立委的態度與立場，做為消費者未來是否投票給立委的依據。

消基會說，《食管法》修正案匯聚了排山倒海的民氣，正可以有效抗衡過去的關說壓力，使台灣的食品環境有機會導入正軌，卻因為少數立委的怠忽，犧牲全體人民權益，消基會非常遺憾與憤怒，認為應要有立即的行動，決定展開調查。
