傳黨發函勿廢特偵組 法部澄清

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北15日電）媒體報導，中國國民黨主席辦公室發密函要求法務部勿廢特偵組。法務部說，函轉國政基金會研究報告非密件，僅列入參考。

壹週刊今天報導「黨辦函法務部勿廢特偵組 總統馬英九帶頭亂政」，指出法務部日前收到來自國民黨黨主席辦公室的密件，密件內容是黨主席辦公室研究後認為，現階段特偵組存在利多於弊，不宜廢除。

法務部表示，針對特偵組存廢，法務部除了去年11月召開相關座談會，邀請審檢辯學、機關團體代表共同討論，也接獲不少各界建言，其中包括國民黨黨主席辦公室在去年10月以普通信件函轉國家政策研究基金會的研究報告。

法務部指出，這份「特偵組存廢之評估與建議」研究報告」，支持及反對廢除特偵組的意見正反併陳，結論是「特偵組存在利多於弊，特偵組勢必續留下，此次行政疏失及辦案疏漏一定要注意…」，並無任何指示。法務部將這份報告併同其他建言，列入議題參考資料處理。1030115
