近5成民眾贊成加重課稅　抑制炒房

【張菱育／台北報導】草根影響力文教基金會委託醒吾科技大學民調中心最新調查，針對1083位20歲以上民眾透過電話訪問，發現近5成民眾贊成加重課稅方式抑制炒房問題、有28.9%民眾不贊成；對於一人名下擁有幾棟房產應課徵囤房稅，有40.54%民眾認為2棟以上須課、1棟以上的佔30.1%、3棟以上佔25.58%。

對於政府推動實價課稅，民眾若將自己的房產出售也要課稅，有51.71%民眾贊成推動、36.57%民眾不贊成；近來海外置產夯，但調查顯示有近7成民眾並不考慮至海外房價相對低的國家置產，而海外置產的意願較高的族群為20~29歲。
