【方翊倩／綜合報導】趙又廷和高圓圓相戀將滿2周年，先前曾被傳祕密結婚，近日再爆出34歲的高圓圓懷孕！

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，高圓圓上周在北京出席活動，被問何時想生小孩？她尷尬沒作答，急忙閃躲；她也透露，過年時不會上春晚節目表演，也不會出國度假，將乖乖待在家中，對照懷孕一說，似乎有跡可循。據悉，她為此在中國推掉幾部新片邀約，喜訊因而在電影圈走漏。
