金門高分檢：明持續對林毅夫發布通緝

針對林毅夫一案，即將接案的福建高等法院金門分院檢察署表示，明早就會先繼續發布通緝，未來承案檢察官會否有認定上的差異，則尚在未定之數。

金門高分檢書記官長洪建銘表示，該署初步將接續軍檢署對林毅夫「繼續犯」的認定，並無終止時效問題，明日一早正式接案後就會對林發布通緝書予海巡署、航警、港警與入出境相關單位。
