之前有在板上PO文，我們將於1/13日(禮拜一)起，在桃園創新技術學院 柔道技擊教室提供 免費練習柔道與防身術的活動，以下更新資訊： 時間：2014/01/13 (禮拜一) ~ 2014/02/24 過年放假一周 PM 07:00 - 09:30 ※若課程日期有所變動，會再行通知。 學校地址：桃園縣中壢市中山東路三段414號 Ｍａｐ：https://maps.google.com.tw/maps?hl=zh-TW&tab=wl 柔道教室位置：商業管理大樓B1 Ｍａｐ：http://www.tiit.edu.tw/na3_7.aspx 課表: 週一~週五 PM 07:00 - 07:50 熱身、護身法 PM 08:00 - 08:50 立技練習 PM 09:00 - 09:30 對練 第二週會視情況調整加入地板技與防身實況演練的部分。 對練的部分:由創新柔道社社員負責防禦，練習者攻擊，以不攻擊頭部與其它重要部位為主 進行摔技練習。 注意事項： 1.請各位有意者先寄封站內信通知我一下，讓我能掌握一下來的人數。 2.請務必帶條毛巾、水，還有外套。運動後會流汗，學校這裡風其實還蠻涼的。 3.我們有可愛的女社員供女性練習者練習，男性請勿拍打餵食(大誤)。 我們誠摯的歡迎大家一起來運動！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.251.78.231 ※ 編輯: souter 來自: 111.251.78.231 (01/12 18:24)
