餐廳名稱：北門口肉圓(總店) 消費時間：2013 年/ 11 月 地址：彰化縣彰化市中正路一段494號 電話：04-7229980 營業時間：略 無音樂。有圖真相網誌版：http://leafphoto.pixnet.net/blog/post/101677549 =====我是分隔線====== 自從先前在台北插旗過全台灣最快完售的彰化肉圓，就很想試試看道地彰化的肉圓吃起來 是怎麼樣(小時候都吃台中的)。 剛巧這次來到彰化，就抽空來試試看傳聞中的北門口脆皮肉圓。 礙於Flickr空間，如果圖片出現破圖的朋友，請點擊該張圖片觀看，謝謝！ 1. 肉圓(大) 這邊肉圓有分大小，大的多包了干貝，但價格也上拉到了70元。 2. 我個人習慣添加辣醬，這邊的肉圓真的頗為特別，跟一般軟Q的肉圓不同，表皮炸到酥 脆，喜歡鹽酥雞的我實在覺得非常好吃。 肉圓一口咬下去有濃濃的干貝香，不過一顆70個人還是覺得貴了些，下次應該會想吃小的 (純包肉)吧。 3. 即使平日過來生意一樣很好。 後記： 由於還要留點肚子去其他地方插旗，所以我只點了一顆肉圓，不然以份量來說，午餐大概 2顆比較剛好， 最近應該還會來訪彰化，應該會想抽空再訪，分享給大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.193.206.123
