醫美員工扮部落客　自寫推文分享

【方翊倩／綜合報導】有民眾向《蘋果》投訴指出，台北市車參聖整形外科診所的女性員工在臉書成立「終於戰勝黑眼圈」專頁，佯裝成部落客為自家診所寫推文。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，民眾投訴指，車參聖整形外科診所的女員工佯裝成部落客，在臉書專頁（tinyurl.com/pdwhm25）分享手術心得，強調黑眼圈經手術後「永久改善」，推文雖未提及診所名稱，卻寫明可透過私訊了解詳情，違反《醫療法》非醫療機構不得為醫療廣告的規定。

台北市衛生局昨說，經約談當事人，認定推文是「個人經驗分享」，但因推文易造成民眾誤解混淆，已要求限期改善。
