今天心血來潮要查查我改用全民共省183+mpro 550後, 用了多少MB, 登入後發現我還是用mpro 950? 但是査已經申請業務有有183+pro 550這項(還有寫12/17申請), 我就打給客服, 他說, 我有看到你申請, 應該是你申請時, 櫃台粗心沒幫你改到，然後要問我去哪申請的。 我問, 那我要付錢嗎? 客服說要, 那還有什麼可以幫你嗎? 我說這樣我不接受, 客服就說要轉達給上面, 有消息在連絡我...結果三天也沒回電， 現在再去emome 查會變成： 大省333+Mpro 550 (合約102/12/17) Mpro 550 (生效日103/1/8) 有這樣的嗎??? 真是etag翻版.... 我還怕他是收我大省的錢再加950.. -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.50.185
