小弟的家人(以"他"註稱)昨天在外開車時發生小事故 他在直行經過雙黃燈路口時 與左側迴轉車輛發生碰撞 (以"她"註稱) 她正面撞上他車輛的左側前輪 附上"他"的行車紀錄器影片 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j_waNJsawfM

當下她有報警處理 她在筆錄中卻說她是9點鐘方向來的直行車輛 她也提到她是確認左右無來車才向前行駛 這種說法明顯與影片中狀況不符 由於第一次碰到這個狀況 不知道該如何處理較好 我們已連絡對方的保險業務 業務要我們將車輛送到修理廠 業務會派專員到修理廠評估理賠狀況 因為我們車輛只保強制險 我們是否也需要有人過去看對方的修理評估? 想請問有經驗的版友後續處理要注意的事項? 本文有點長，謝謝你的耐心 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.243.145.130 ※ 編輯: smilemars 來自: 111.243.145.130 (01/03 15:09)
