標題[請問] 狠心投資客又再填一例

請問..我可以找誰幫忙 母親住在鄉下,其土地是共有持分(地上建物亦無保存登記) 房屋已經90年的日式建築..向文化局詢問古蹟申請也說不合規定.冷處理 但某投資客這一年竟然慢慢買了別人的持份 投資客持分雖然無超過法定持分比例(需經三分之二共有人同意) 但因為是最大持份..他向法院申請變價分割,法院也竟然同意 (也就是法院判給我媽錢,土地全歸投資客) 經過這樣的程序...等於土地用市價的半價就可以買到 這樣圖利自己利益,犧牲他人居住權利 ....老媽朋友在那,也習慣了,真的不甘心 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.164.2.118 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1420295176.A.DD3.html
