引擎之前已修過三次 再修下去還有的救嗎

小弟在101年11月時牽了一台二手2000年的得利卡
買來才第三天上高速公路北上苗栗123公里處小爬坡結果爆水箱(從水箱蓋那邊)
水箱部分修好之後就開始吃機油
原本5000公里補一瓶
開到現在1000公里就要補一瓶
然後1公升汽油跑不到5公里
想說新的一年給他開去大修好了
結果今天拆開來後
發現了這個記號
稍微詢問了一下
記號表示：2010.11.17 修理第三次
應該是這樣沒錯吧??
朋友跟我說這顆引擎差不多了(朋友是另外一個車廠的技師 這次不是給他修)
就算修好也是很容易沖去
叫我牽新車比較實在
小弟有點猶豫
不知各位大大有什麼建議
