macbook pro FileVault問題

今天有爬文為什麼更新之後變慢
現在問題已解決了
我就按照他的方法到磁碟工具程式>修復磁碟權限
之後真的變比較順暢
過幾小時我打開電腦他叫我去設定什麼FileVault...我也記不太清楚
我又再去爬文 網友說不要加密什麼的
我就想說要把它關掉

然後我點選關閉FileVault之後就出現

我是新手所以不敢亂點
我現在是應該等他加密完再關掉嗎還是？
有看到有人加密很久然後佔很多空間
所以我不敢亂按
我現在該怎麼辦＠＠
