http://0rz.tw/dBDGQ 【郭芷余／高雄報導】高雄地檢署偵辦日月光污水案，歷經25日偵查，今天下午偵結，認 定日月光K7廠去年10月1日違法排放強酸重金屬廢水5194噸，將在押的廠務處長蘇炳碩、 廢水組主任蔡奇勳、工程師何登陽、劉威呈及游志賢等5人依《刑法》流放毒物罪、違反 《廢棄物清理法》起訴；另日月光公司涉嫌違反《廢棄物清理法》46條任意棄置有害事業 廢棄物罪也被起訴。 至於日月光董事長張虔生與被交保副總林顯堂都獲不起訴處分。另日月光K7廠涉嫌在10月 5日未經合法申請，以海放管排放廢水部分，檢方認為無刑事責任，涉及行政疏失由環保 局進行裁處。 --- 不意外 果然是安全下莊 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.27.96.75 ※ 編輯: kitune 來自: 114.27.96.75 (01/03 15:24)
