蘇花刷坡工程意外 挖土機滑落山坡

因為先前大雨災害，目前正在進行刷坡工程的台9線蘇花公路142公里(觀音路段)，今天上午發生工程意外！一部施工中的挖土機，施作過程中，不慎從上邊坡滑落到路面上，一度造成交通受阻，幸好無人傷亡，虛驚一場。狀況排除後，今天下午1點起，當地路段恢復整點放行10分鐘的交通管制。
