其實要看公司 每個公司的文化都不一樣 有的公司HR得權力很大 所以會問的比較仔細 有的沒什麼權力的只是來跟你講講公司的運作方式 聊聊天的也不少 我有上的公司也有HR只跟你聊天最後是主管說今天就這樣 結果就上了 不過最後不管是怎樣 最後對話都是 好那今天先這樣 結果會再通知你 很多當場說我會上的 最後也都沒上 所以不用太擔心 重點是這次面是你學到什麼 知道自己的缺點是什麼 才是重點 以上是我面試快20間公司的心得 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.8.50.138 ※ 編輯: orz3qonz 來自: 124.8.50.138 (12/21 17:03)
