圖文網誌版請點：http://guessworld.pixnet.net/blog/post/39331597 店名：銅鑼蛋餅煎包 電話：0932-666711 地址：苗栗市中山路692號 消費日期：NOV 24 2013 周末回家遇到哥哥有事要去銅鑼，立馬請他幫忙買銅鑼蛋餅未果。 一早起來自己奔去南苗，換買苗栗市這間的銅鑼蛋餅。 其實到現在都還沒吃過銅鑼的版本， 但苗栗市的這間一天到晚都排隊，想必滋味也是不錯才對。 南苗市場的人潮多，排蛋餅的更是滿滿滿。 長長的人龍，都為了蛋餅。 其中我還擔心買不到老爸要的煎包，前面的阿伯回頭說，大家都買蛋餅別擔心啦。 一路排到煎鍋前，店家會把蛋餅鋪上鐵架，自己刷醬後裝袋，買多少裝多少。 大家都要加醬料以及買的量都不少，因此即使店家動作快，還是得排上一會兒。 蛋餅，$20/個。煎包，$10/個。 煎包我沒試，不知味道如何。 蛋餅因為被我對折又對折，還蠻有層次的。 刷了醬料非常夠味，缺點是微微偏油了些，但味道跟口感都還不錯。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.169.192.53 ※ guessworld:轉錄至看板 Miaoli 12/21 16:21
