賞鴨車潮少 基隆交管提前撤

黃色小鴨今天正式在基隆港開幕，基隆市警方原預估從上午8時到下午2時，在海洋廣場周邊忠一路等市區幹道實施交通管制，但受到風雨及低溫影響，到基隆賞鴨的車潮及人潮不如預期，基隆市警方已提前在下午1時，解除交通管制。

警方指出，若下午湧現大批賞鴨車潮，也不會再實施交通管制，但會在海洋廣場旁的忠一路外側，封閉1至2車道，以維護賞鴨遊客安全。
