東南科大五星餐廳今揭牌　倡導食安無毒

【曾佳俊／新北報導】東南科技大學投入2000萬元打造五星級實習餐廳RATA，今天上午揭牌啟用，標榜食材嚴格把關，符合「四不一沒有」準則，即不添加防腐劑、抗氧化劑、食品添加物、人工香料以及沒有人工色素，中西日式套餐價位165元至200元之間，相當划算，天然麵包售價為市面八折，社區民眾都慕名而來。

校方說，斥資2000多萬元將教學大樓一樓135坪空間，打造成校園餐廳RATA，還仿鼎泰豐的開放式廚房，吃的衛生全看得見，而挑高空間與貼心服務，讓人恍如置身高級飯店，未來餐廳扣除成本之後的盈利，將發給師生分紅，今天上午揭牌，特別舉辦RATA之星選拔，及耶誕蛋糕創意裝飾比賽，熱鬧非凡。
