彰銀董事案 台新金批財政部

（中央社記者田裕斌台北10日電）台新金控晚間發布聲明，反擊財政部長張盛和今天在立法院的說法，台新金表示，張盛和只說台新金給財部1席一般董事，沒說台新金讓了3席獨立董事。

台新金說，財政部的說法誤導立法委員，刻意曲解事實，有損公司形象，讓外界以為台新金咄咄逼人。

台新金澄清，財政部從頭到尾只要求台新金接受4席一般董事、1席獨立董事的提案，沒有彈性，反倒是台新金曾提過5席一般董事及各有2席獨立董事，被拒絕後還更退一步放棄獨董換取5席一般董事，避免因董事不過半產生鉅額損失，財政部依舊拒絕。

台新金指出，張盛和在國會只說台新金僅願給財政部1席一般董事，不說台新金願讓3席獨立董事的建議，有違官員發言需公正陳述的操守，更有誤導國會議員的嫌疑。1031210
