臺中市府環保局最近多次接獲民眾陳情指出，神岡區三民南路302巷福德祠旁溝渠發現紅色、藍色、綠色、紫色等七彩顏色污水污染河川事件，經環保局派員追查，終於查獲位於溝渠上游中山路一家從事紙器印刷作業工廠，將廠內印刷機產生之水性油墨染料污水，經管線排放到廠旁溝渠內，造成污染，環保局要求業者立即停止排棄行為及封除管線外，並採集水樣化驗，後續將依水質檢測結果及違規情節，最高裁處新臺幣30萬元罰鍰。
