天冷火鍋料夯　竹縣衛局驗出鑫鑫腸不合格

【林師民／新竹報導】最近氣溫驟降，各式火鍋最受大家歡迎，新竹縣衛生局顧及民眾吃的安全，針對傳統市場、餐飲店、火鍋店、賣場和超市等，販賣的米血糕、米麵製品等火鍋料抽驗，結果發現其中1家超市賣的鑫鑫腸驗出順丁烯二酸，另1件則是祝壽麵線驗出苯甲酸超標，已請業者下架，並追查上游廠商。
 
衛生局提醒，民眾買火鍋料時，應盡量選用包裝和標示完整的產品，並注意冷藏產品是否確實低溫保存，購買後也應盡快食用或低溫保存，避免變質。
