汙染後勁溪　沈世宏：將追討日月光不法利得

【洪敏隆／台北報導】環保署長沈世宏今表示，肯定高市府對日月光強酸廢水偷排後勁溪的積極行為，但依《水污法》開罰60萬元的罰鍰太低，環署將協助高市環保局徹查污日月光水排放多久，追討不法利得，且工廠依法須設廢水處理專責人員，若相關人員涉知情不報，將追究到底。

沈世宏日前在看過電影《看見台灣》後宣布，若地方政府未落實工廠重大污染勒令停工的殺手鐧，將停止補助款。他說，高市府處理日月光污染事件，會要求各縣市政府比照辦理，才能產生嚇阻作用，讓不法工廠收歛。

環保署2011年9月發文各縣市政府，暗管排污水視為重大情節應勒令停工，2012年11月再增訂，雖不是暗管但流經污水處理場，也視為重大違規應勒令停工，並修改過去累犯3次才停工的規定。
