高雄關貪瀆疑案 雄檢聲押6人

（中央社記者陳朝福高雄10日電）財政部關務署高雄關集體貪瀆疑案，雄檢昨天搜索高雄關等處帶回關員和業者16人漏夜偵辦，今天聲押關員和業者共6人。

檢調獲報有高雄關關員與進出口業者勾結，涉嫌收賄並核發不實的進出口證明書，包庇業者以多報少或高價低報進出口產品。

雄檢昨天指揮調查局調查官發動搜索行動，搜索高雄關和相關報關業者，帶回大批資料和包括3名高雄關員及業者共16人漏夜偵辦。

檢方上午開完偵查庭後，向高雄地方法院聲請羈押林姓、李姓和簡姓等3名高雄關關員和3名業者，其他人諭令交保。1021210
