今早晚溫差大　中部以北低溫下探12度

【張勵德／台北報導】今天受到東北季風影響，清晨中部以北及東北部地區低溫只有攝氏15到16度，其他地區低溫約攝氏18到21度，預估白天高溫北部及東半部地區約攝氏18到22度，中南部地區高溫約攝氏24到25度，各地都會感受到明顯轉涼，提醒民眾外出記得添加衣物禦寒。

中央氣象局表示，由於今天水汽減少，除了東半部地區及北部山區有零星短暫陣雨外，其他地區大多維持多雲到晴的穩定天氣，白天陽光露臉感受較為舒適，不過早晚受到東北季風及輻射冷卻效應影響，中部以北最低溫只有攝氏12度左右，南部及東部地區低溫約攝氏14到16度。

氣象局指出，明天有另一波水汽南下，北部、東半部地區及中部山區將轉為有短暫雨的天氣，不過周四水汽通過後天氣回穩，而這波東北季風預計周五減弱，屆時各地氣溫會緩步回升。
