駕照註銷騎車又撞死人　判賠償163萬元

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名周姓男子，因駕照去年初遭註銷後，就沒有再重新考駕照，沒想到周男日前騎車時不慎撞死蘇姓行人，死者家屬向保險公司申請強制責任保險給付，獲賠醫療、看護及死亡給付等費用，總計賠付163萬餘元。

但周男駕照遭註銷等同無照駕駛肇事，刑事部分被依過失致死罪嫌，判決6月有期徒刑；保險公司代位請求權人，向法院提出損害賠償告訴，請求周男給付這筆金額；全案辯論終結，法官判處周男應給付163萬餘元，仍可上訴。
