偽造假證明申請房貸　詐貸高達千萬元

【何柏均／新北報導】新北市刑事警察局今天破獲偽造文書的集團，在桃園地區逮捕陳姓、林姓2名嫌犯，該嫌犯利用開設資產管理公司名義，以每張500元的代價，幫購屋人偽造或變造財力證明、在職證明等證件，向銀行申請房屋貸款，犯案時間長達1年，非法貸款達1480萬元。
 
警方表示，今年初接獲民眾檢舉，疑似有集團專變造假的財力證明等資料，向銀行申請房屋貸款，警方循線逮捕2名嫌犯，訊後以詐欺、偽造文書罪移送桃園地方法院檢察署偵辦。
