北京空氣太糟 氣象局呼籲減少外出

日本共同通信社28日報導，中國北京市周邊27日夜晚開始到28日的空氣品質嚴重惡化。根據可信度相當高的美國大使館網站的資料，28日凌晨細懸浮微粒「PM2.5」的濃度已經到了「極為有害」的程度：每立方公尺高達400微克(μg)。

28日上午8時的濃度是319微克(μg)。根據地方媒體的報導，北京上空的風勢微弱，污染物質不易擴散。當地氣象局呼籲北京市民可以的話，盡量減少外出。

根據台灣行政院環保署關於細懸浮微粒管制的解釋，所謂「PM2.5」，指的是細懸浮微粒(Fine Particulate Matters)，係指懸浮在空氣中氣動粒徑小於 2.5 微米(μm)以下的粒子。「PM2.5」粒來源可分為自然界產出及人類行為產出等二種。自然界產生源包含火山爆發、地殼岩石等，人類行為則以燃燒為主，如石化燃料及工業排放、移動源廢氣等燃燒行為。
