力霸掏空案 王令一、王令僑今入監

力霸集團掏空案，部分判刑已在日前定讞。王又曾家族的五名子女，包括王令麟、王令一、王令台、王令僑、王令楣都要入監服刑。其中，王令一與王令僑今天報到入獄，王令台因開刀聲請暫緩發監執行，經檢方評估後才會決定准駁。

王又曾家族包括：王令麟、王令一、王令僑、王令台、王令楣等人因涉及力霸、東森集團三百多億掏空案，除了王又曾夫妻潛逃美國，包括他的子女在內共104人全都變成被告。

最高法院今年8月認定，王又曾家族長期填製不實會計憑證，製作不實財務報表、財務報告等，以各種方式掏空家族企業的公司資產，或向別家銀行詐財。王令台合併判刑6年8月；王令一合併判刑超過30年；王令僑判23年6月；王令麟合併判處5年6月；王令楣合併判處5年6月，五人必須入監服刑。

據了解，北檢月初通知王家五人分別於月底陸續發監執行。王令僑、王令一29號上午準時報到，中午前搭上囚車開往北監；至於同樣被通知要一起發監的王令台，因開刀所以聲請暫緩發監執行。剩下王令楣與王令麟，分別在星期三跟星期五發監。
