Note 3 系統當機問題

我的note3買來約兩週, 前幾天使用完全正常, 後來加了創見32G記憶卡, 升級韌體後, 就偶爾會當機.
當機通常發生在開啟內建流覽器及google play, 約十幾秒後會自動重啟.

我不打算換機或送修. 個人認為note3的硬體設計或軟體系統有問題, 有沒有當機只是運氣問題.
