柯文哲：幾乎每個立委都關說過台大病房

【張博亭／台北報導】台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今表示，台灣醫療面臨3大問題，包括內外婦兒科四大皆空、醫療費用快速成長，及無效醫療。四大皆空是因專科醫師制度必須要檢討，一般外科醫師少、次專科醫師過多；醫療費用快速成長是指健保論量計酬必須要改，因為越便宜越有效的看診方式越賺不到錢，醫院不願採用；無效醫療則指洗腎、葉克膜在台灣的使用比例很高。

他並指，幾乎每個立委都關說過台大的病房。 柯文哲受邀出席南德扶輪社演講，講題為「台灣醫療的過去、現在、未來」，他笑說，立法委員不只柯建銘，每個立委幾乎都有關說過台大的病房，他自己的團隊開了一個急診後送病房，即使沒錢沒勢，窮人也可以住院，醫院還是要盡量朝非營利事業來做，維持社會主義。
