從政府政策預測未來房市走向~小跌~大跌~崩盤~

如無意外~
最近政府推出一堆打房的政策~
預期在營建業跟房仲業會颳起一場失業暴風雪.
大咖投資客~這時應該都應該準備築高牆廣積糧了.
小咖的投資客~都應該屁滾尿流了.

空屋稅~租屋稅~奢侈稅~實際交易所得稅~紅單稅~

基本上~我認為現今這狀況是社會輿論異常,政府方向錯誤,
台灣現在的問題不是高房價或是屯屋族的問題.
而是政府無法讓年輕人都能在適合自己的地方買得起房子.
只有加稅加稅萬萬稅~
只是讓社會階級更兩極化~貧富更加對立.
正確的作法~應當是從新檢討國民住宅的條件和辦法~
在適當地區興建真正能讓中下階層都能買得起.品質高.住得開心的建案.
如果供需平衡了~民怨就不會高漲~誰還管帝寶一坪幾百萬?

但政府高層應該都看不到這個問題.

就我的預估看空~政府干預市場的結果~房市應該會崩盤了~

我也樂意見到房價崩盤~但我不希望看到有人失業.

目前只能期待打歸打~就別打到我這種自住的房貸族
比如預備提高利率跟提高地價與房屋稅~
