男偷500元長褲　回現場閒逛罰5萬元

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1名47歲廖姓慣竊，日前路經基隆市1家民俗技藝館，看到外面掛著1件長褲順手牽羊，隔天竟然穿著該件長褲走回現場閒逛。技藝館負責人看到他穿著鏽有該館字樣的失竊長褲，當場報警處理。

廖男雖將價值500元的長褲還給館方，警方仍依竊盜罪移送法辦。法官審理時，認為廖男2年前才因竊盜罪執行完畢出獄，又再次犯案，判處拘役50天，或易科罰金5萬元，可上訴。
