【動新聞】UIBC國際甜點賽　明年台灣首登場

【謝苹愉／台北報導】世界兩大烘焙協會UIPCG國際甜點聯盟與UIB國際烘焙暨糕餅聯盟，明年將正式合併成UIBC國際烘焙暨甜點聯盟。合併後首次舉辦的UIBC世界西點青年大賽由台灣拿下主辦權，將於明年3月在台北舉辦，這也是台灣首次舉辦國際性的甜點比賽。

主辦單位之一的台北市糕餅同業公會除了舉辦布朗尼、馬德蓮等產品義賣替代表台灣的邱舷菱與劉婷兩位選手籌措練習經費，今日舉辦的《2014 UIBC inTaipei》起跑記者會，還請來世界麵包冠軍吳寶春幫選手打氣並傳授比賽經驗。選手邱舷菱將以純熟的巧克力雕塑技巧應賽，而劉婷則以拿手的拉糖功夫與來自16個國家的好手爭奪王冠。

學生選手邱舷菱明年將代表台灣，參加在台北舉辦的第一屆UIBC世界西點青年大賽。
